Installation & Use Instructions

Golf Cart Setup Instructions:

  1. Unscrew water cap from plastic bottle.

  2. Fill water bottle to desired volume.

  3. Reattach Water Cap. Put Water container at desired location in Golf Cart. Usually in the back rack.

  4. Insert black plastic tube from bottom of Pump Handle into water bottle coupling.

  5. Use Velcro strap to secure black service hose to golf cart.

  6. Attach Pump Handle to metal frame of the Golf Cart with attached magnets.

  7. Wrap 4N Extension over top of Golf Cart and attach to opposite metal frame. (On 4N Units).

User Instructions:  

MisterHub 1000

  1. Battery is fully charged and will run for about 5 hours of continuous use on one charge.

  2. Battery is recharged with standard USB charger. USB Charging Wire is included. Insert USB connection into back of Handle for charging.

  3. Power Handle has a 2 second safety delay to avoid accidental turn-on.

  4. 1st time use press for 2 seconds to start. After initial start, handle can be started and stopped with instant touch.

  5. To put the Power Handle back into safety mode, press the power button for 2 seconds.

  6. To conserve battery life, after about 5 minutes of use the battery will automatically turn off.

 

MisterHub 2000

  1. Connect USB cable to Golf Cart USB Port.

  2. Product will run continously for 5 hours with no turn necessary. 

  3. To extend pump life motor should not be run for mor than 5 hours.

Initial  Priming   

  1. The Pump Handle is self-priming but will require initial priming to remove air and dust from the black service tube.

  2. Do Not Attach Misting Nozzles to Couplings until Inital Priming is complete. 

  3. Add water to the water bag.

  4. Turn Water bag Value positon to "On". This is straight inline with the hoses.

  5. Turn pump handle on.

  6. Keep on until water flows through the output couplings.

  7. Once water begins to flow through the coupling, push the mister nozzles into the couplings.

  8.  Your MisterHub is now ready to use.

Refilling Water Bag

All newer Water Bags come with an On/Off Value. This valve serves multiple purposes.

  1.  The On/Off valve allows the bag to be carried or transported without fear of leakage.

  2.  Properly used the On/Off creates a sealed system when refilling your water bag.

  3. To refill your bag, the On/Off valve should be set to "Off". This seals the water in the service line. This prevents dust or air from getting in the service line. Any dust or air getting in the service line could cause misters to clog.

  4.  Once the Valve is set to "Off" (Set perpendicular to the hoses) runscrew black water cap from the water bag.

  5.  Do Not Remove the the black service line from the coupling. This will cause the service line to drain and require repriming. If repriming is not completed properly, your misting nozzles will clog.

  6. In most cases you can fill the water bag with ordinary tap water

  7. Re-attach cap  to water bag

  8. Turn Valve to "On" positon.
