Warranty

At MisterHub, customer satisfaction is a top priority for us. Before making a warranty claim, please contact us at (775) 378-3251 or support@misterhubusa.com if you have any questions about operating the equipment so we can perform troubleshooting solutions to attempt to solve any issues. If the product is defective, MisterHub LLC will repair or replace the product at our discretion.

Before returning any product, the customer must call our office at 1-775-378-3251 to get a Return Authorization Number.

Warnings:

Please read the instruction manual very carefully before using any MisterHub LLC product. Failure to follow operating instructions will Void Warranty.

1. For the first use, the unit should be fully charged

2. Use the enclosed USB cord for charging.

3. The product should be charged at least twice a to retain its charge

4. The product is equipped with a high precision pump and battery. Do not turn on the power without any liquid inside to avoid damage.

5. Do not dismantle the product. Dismantling or disassembly of any product will Void warranty.

6. Do not soak the pump handle in water or run under water.

7. Do not place the pump handle to close to heat or fire to avoid damage.

8. Do not use the pump handle while charging.

9. Periodic cleaning of mister nozzles is recommended to ensure best use.

10. Do not leave the product in freezing weather

11. Pumping any liquid other than water will Void Warranty.

 

Warranty Details:

MisterHub LLC warranty applies for one (1) year from the original date of purchase and covers the product from manufacturing defects under normal use.

The warranty covers any damage incurred during the shipping process and applies only to the original customer. The warranty is not transferable, and proof of purchase is required. Shipping costs for the return may be the customer’s liability at the discretion of MisterHub. As the customer, you are responsible for any loss or damage to the product during the return shipment. MisterHub LLC will be responsible for the cost of shipping the new or repaired product to you after your item has been received and tested by our staff. The buyer agrees that the sole remedy for breach of any and all warranties and for manufacturer’s liability (including without limitation, liability for negligence) will be limited to the repair or replacement of product.
